CDSW - docker initialization failed

When adding CDSW service using Cloudera Manager, the following error occurs. This is on an AWS EC2 instance, and it has a 500GB block device attached.

Centos 7, CDH 5.13.1, CDSW 1.3, JDK 1.8, Docker 1.13

Are you using Cloudera Director to create your CDSW cluster? If so you can check out the Director doc for sample AWS configuration file for cdsw.
