Unable to restart Cloudera Management Service after enabling TLS

Hello,

Looking for much needed help.  Been stuck on this for a while.

After following instructions at

https://www.cloudera.com/documentation/enterprise/latest/topics/sg_cms_ssl.html

The last step to restart Cloudera Management Services fails with the following.
