Writing here with high hopes.
Appeared for my second attempt of CCA175 on Nov 18th, 2018. Exam screen froze after one hour. PSI helper tried but could not resume the exam.
As per PSI, they have sent incident report to Cloudera. I have tried multiple times on email and calling Cloudera helpdesk but there is no help received yet.
I received scorecard that all attempted questions were correct. Requesting to please bring it into Ceritifcation department's notice, so that I can get my deserved retake soon.
It is very critical for my job continuity, as failing this exam might cost me really big in my career.
