HDPCD:Java exam results not recevied even after 2 months

I appeared HDPCD:Java exam on 2nd Feb, 2017 but I have not received the result yet. I have sent mail to certification@hortonworks.com twice but no one responding me. Can some one guide me on any alternative to contact the exam authority.

Hello Vijay.

Not sure why you did not get the results but that exam was graded on 2/7.

Make sure that you check your spam filter and make sure you accept emails from "certification@hortonworks.com"

I will resend the results to the gmail address that we have on record.

@William Gonzalez I have given my exam on 25/01/2018. I did not receive my results yet. I have emailed "certification@hortonworks.com" twice, but there was no response from them. Can you please let me know when can I receive my results?
