    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your information.  Yes I totally agree with what your said.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And I have executed the command before installation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON *.* TO 'root'@'%' IDENTIFIED BY '***' WITH GRANT OPTION;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;
GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON *.* TO 'root'@'localhost' IDENTIFIED BY '***' WITH GRANT OPTION;
flush privileges;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The problem still exits. But the function is ok.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
