But when i click the "Support caces" in&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://my.cloudera.com/support.html&amp;nbsp;" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://my.cloudera.com/support.html&amp;nbsp;&lt;/A&gt;, the next page show something :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class="card-title-container"&gt;&lt;DIV class="card-title"&gt;&lt;H4&gt;Access to page is restricted&lt;/H4&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="card-content-container"&gt;&lt;DIV class="card-description"&gt;Accessing the requested page requires special permissions.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="card-description"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="card-description"&gt;Someone can help me, thanks.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;With an Enterprise Subscription [1] you can file an online case after registering on the Support Portal [2].&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For most of the up-to-date information about Enterprise Subscription, please contact Sales [3].&lt;/P&gt;
