    <description>&lt;P&gt;Tested without dynamic allocation, a new container is spawning.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there an option with dynamic allocation like&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;--num-executors&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but should be&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;--min-num-executors&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;spark.streaming.dynamicAllocation.minExecutors=1 seems to not work&lt;/P&gt;</description>
