    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the reply, your solution talks about how to handle retry gracefully.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;However, the point is why it will retry when "data too long for the column," when it should fail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
