How to send an http POST application/x-www-form-urlencoded request using Apache-nifi's processor?

I need to convert the the request with Apache-nifi, can you help me how to do that?

curl --location --request POST 'https://localhost:8080/token' \ --header 'Content-Type: application/x-www-form-urlencoded' \ --data-urlencode 'client_id=xxxxxxxx' \ --data-urlencode 'client_secret=yyyyyyyy' \ --data-urlencode 'type=EEEEEEEEEEE' \ --data-urlencode 'scope=ZZZZZZ'
