How were you able to generated an encrypted password for this line</P><P><SPAN>&lt;property name="Manager Password"&gt;**********&lt;/property&gt;</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>2. Why did you use "SIMPLE" option. By default, config file refers to "START_TLS"</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>3.
