      <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased an exam a few days ago and I could not provide information for billing with which I can refund my exam costs through my company.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you provide me with some actual help to provide me with a bill? I tried emailing the&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="mailto:certification@cloudera.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;certification@cloudera.com&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;email a few days (every day from that) but got no reply and it is getting frustrating...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
