Domain hpe.cloudera.com is down

Our customer needs to renew the license they purchased from HPE, but when following the instructions to access the link hpe.cloudera.com, it is not responding. We are concerned that this will affect the system renewal. Does anyone have a way to activate a license purchased from a third party?
