Also, I would like to suggest if you can edit your previous posting of the error and just have a small snippet of the error stack and put the full log in a file. Please look at our documentation for &lt;A href="http://docs.hortonworks.com/HDPDocuments/HDP2/HDP-2.3.0-Win/bk_HDP_Install_Win/content/ref-79239257-778e-42a9-9059-d982d0c08885.1.html"&gt;port&lt;/A&gt; information. The doc is for Windows but should be applicable for ports on Linux as well. Is your firewall up? &lt;/P&gt;</description>

If there are no issues there, you can safely remove it. If you continue to have the same problem, you will have to look at Azure documentation. We actually have good step-by-step guides here for using Sandbox on Azure. &lt;/P&gt;</description>
