    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I am using the WebHCat Url in the format &lt;A href="http://&amp;lt;WebHCat" target="_blank"&gt;http://&amp;lt;WebHCat&lt;/A&gt; server host name&amp;gt;:&amp;lt;templeton port&amp;gt; and I receive the HTTP Error 404 Problem accessing /. Reason: Not Found &lt;EM&gt;&lt;SMALL&gt;Powered by Jetty://. &lt;/SMALL&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;Can you please suggest where I could be going wrong?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
