    <description>&lt;P&gt;I created an oozie workflow SLA using Hue. When I submit the workflow, I can see the SLA settings in the definition and the SLA tab appears but the tab is empty except for a back button.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here is my SLA:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;lt;sla:info&amp;gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;lt;sla:nominal-time&amp;gt;${nominal_time}&amp;lt;/sla:nominal-time&amp;gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;lt;sla:should-start&amp;gt;${10 * MINUTES}&amp;lt;/sla:should-start&amp;gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;lt;sla:should-end&amp;gt;${30 * MINUTES}&amp;lt;/sla:should-end&amp;gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;lt;sla:max-duration&amp;gt;${30 * MINUTES}&amp;lt;/sla:max-duration&amp;gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;lt;sla:alert-events&amp;gt;start_miss,end_miss,duration_miss&amp;lt;/sla:alert-events&amp;gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;lt;sla:alert-contact&amp;gt;myname@mycompany.com&amp;lt;/sla:alert-contact&amp;gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;lt;sla:notification-msg&amp;gt;[Hadoop] Error whil&lt;SPAN style="line-height: 1.2;"&gt;e calculating reference measurements&amp;lt;/sla:notification-msg&amp;gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;lt;/sla:info&amp;gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As well as the page being blank, I receive no email (have previously verified that emails can be sent via oozie actions, so the configuration should be ok) and no SLA appears under the SLA tab in the Dashboard&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>What version of CDH are you using?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The functionality appears to be a CDH5 feature: &lt;A target="_blank" href="http://archive.cloudera.com/cdh5/cdh/5/oozie/DG_SLAMonitoring.html,"&gt;http://archive.cloudera.com/cdh5/cdh/5/oozie/DG_SLAMonitoring.html,&lt;/A&gt; but is not in CDH4.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also note that the SLA alerts do not email but rather just publish notifications with the contact field in them. Read more at the above link, and see &lt;A target="_blank" href="http://archive.cloudera.com/cdh5/cdh/5/oozie/DG_JMSNotifications.html"&gt;http://archive.cloudera.com/cdh5/cdh/5/oozie/DG_JMSNotifications.html&lt;/A&gt; for JMS based SLA notifications.</description>
