Install HPD 2.4.0.0 on windows 2012 R2

I keep getting errors installing HDP 2.4.0.0 on windows 2012 . I have followed the install guide .http://docs.hortonworks.com/HDPDocuments/HDP2/HDP-2.4.0-Win/bk_QuickStart_HDPWin/content/inst_HDPWin.html
