Threre is a problem on the step "Install, Start and Test"

As the photos,hadoop54.example.com is NameNode,others are DataNode.I got the problem on this step.Every error is the same.

Then I download the package:HDP-2.4.0.0-centos7-rpm.tar.gz. I found that there is no conf either.

So,how to fix it?

make sure hdp-select is installed, make sure hdfs-client is installed, as the last resort mkdir the directory and try again. More details please, I'm not sure if this is an upgrade to existing cluster or new install.
