How to upgrade Hbase from 0.96 to 0.98.5 on CDH5.0.0?

I am using 0.96.1.1-cdh5.0.0 currently, but hbase community announced that they plan to no longer support hbase0.96, so i prepare to upgrade it followed by http://hbase.apache.org/book.html#upgrade1.0. is it right? if not, please tell me how to do, thanks.

If you're already using CDH5.0.0, then there is no need to follow Apache's
guide to upgrade HBase. CDH5.1 uses HBase 0.98 plus patches on top, so
please consider upgrading CDH on the whole

I have upgraded CDH from 5.0.1 to 5.1.0, also found Hbase becomes 0.98.1 version.
I indeed need Hbase0.98.5, but don't find the parcels against it, so, how to upgrade it? or how to know that the current 0.98.1 has contained the patches about 0.98.5?

shows all patches backported into CDH 5.1.0 atop Apache HBase 0.98.1
release.

Aside from these patches that CDH5.1.0 has contained, how to upgrade the newer patches of HBase? must upgrade the newer CDH versions?

You cannot upgrade just HBase to a newer release. Rather you should wait
for the next major or minor release of CDH and upgrade to that. Please
subscribe to the announcement forum in this website. Just today CDH 5.1.2
and CM 5.1.2 was released
