      <title>Does apache atlas provide column level lineage(hive table)?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have seen the lineage for hive tables in apache atlas UI but when I search for particular column in atlas search box,The atlas UI does not providing  me lineage for it(i.e, column).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;A rel="user" href="https://community.cloudera.com/users/10447/manoj-dhake.html" nodeid="10447"&gt;@Manoj Dhake&lt;/A&gt; column level liniage is expected in Atlas for around the end of 2016.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For more detailed information, I'd strongly advise watching three sessions that
 occurred during the recent European Hadoop Summit, search for sessions 
by Andrew Ahn (there are three!)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.hadoopsummit.org/dublin/agenda/"&gt;http://www.hadoopsummit.org/dublin/agenda/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope that helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
