I have a oozie coordinator and workflow. I want to create the workflow properties file dynamically just before workflow is submitted every time. It looks both oozie coordinator and workflow can use only a single properties file. Is it possible to implement the below requirements?

1. Create oozie coordinator with 2 workflows

2. The 1st workflow (which has Java action) creates the workflow properties file

3. The 2nd workflow uses the properties file created in step (2)
