Once an organization has HDP in place, the journey of ownership begins. This journey typically includes managing the cluster including creating processes and procedures, governance, security, scoping, refining and implementing the use case or additional use case(s) and learning how and when to extend the cluster. A Hortonworks RA helps the customer’s team navigate these tasks and provides assistance settling or positioning HDP’s capabilities within the enterprise and across the business units. HDP is evolving at a pace only open source software can achieve. A Hortonworks RA can provide insight into how the latest release innovations can be applied to corporate objectives or challenges.

Hortonworks RAs have deep subject matter expertise, practical experience and access to all the resources within Hortonworks. Hortonworks RAs work onsite addressing the topics and or tasks an organization needs assistance with in the order and timeframe the organization requires.
