File Browser is giving error while accessing through HUE

We are encountering below error while hitting file browser at HUE webUI.

Cannot access: /.

[Errno 2] File / not found

On the other hand,

we are able to access File Browser on HDFS.

Mostly its related to Hue permissions on that directory or User or Group. Check all the permissions

I have a similar problem, but my permissions in the config file are selected with a * . What permissions do you mean?

I cannot explain more clear, please check below steps

Directory permissions:

Log-in into Hue (as admin or hdfs), click file browse and select the directory which you are facing issue, goto Actions, then check permissions and owner

User permissions:

Goto users using Hue web UI, and check user permissions on permissions tab

Resolved: it was the FSImage file corrupted, thus no namenode was created, thus it was impossible to a access both to Hue and to Hbase. I will keep in mind your suggestion, though. Thank you very much.

httpsfs log directory was /var/log/cloudera_logs/hadoop httpfs earlier and changed to /var/log/hadoop-httpfs later , this fixed the issue.
