The HDFS cluster is running on different nodes which is typical. Use the putHDFS processor (info <A href="https://nifi.apache.org/docs.html">here</A>). In the hadoop configuration resources simply point to core-site.xml and hdfs-site.xml. You can download these files from your target cluster.
