    <description>&lt;P&gt;When exactly are you getting this error ? 	&lt;A rel="user" href="https://community.cloudera.com/users/10704/lida-java.html" nodeid="10704"&gt;@da li&lt;/A&gt; Can you please check the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;
	1. cd to /etc/yum.repos.d/ and please paste the output of ls -ltr. - the issue could be because of conflicting repo.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;
	2. Also please pate the output of HDP.repo&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;
	3. Run 'hdp-select' and paste the output here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;
	4. Run 'yum clean all' and then 'sudo yum install -y ambari-metrics-collector'&lt;/P&gt;</description>
