    <description>&lt;P&gt;i have 2 kafka brokers .one of them shows the following issue..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am getting the following issue &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; Partition [topicx,0] on broker 1: Cached zkVersion [86] not equal to that in zookeeper, skip updating ISR (kafka.cluster.Partition)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;INFO Partition [topicx,1] on broker 1: Shrinking ISR for partition [topicx,1] from 1,2 to 1 (kafka.cluster.Partition)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.hortonworks.com/users/13560/mariaft9.html"&gt;@Maria Khan&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is your Kafka version? Is your topic or other underreplicated?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This could be due to a network connection temporary glitch. During the glitch the zookeeper nodes likely couldn't reach each other which leadto topic underreplication issues. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could restart brokers as a workaround.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
