The main window (after logon) is very slow

Hi,

I am using CDH5.2 with Hue 3.6 and MySQL as a DB.

When logging in with a user that has a big user history the first page (My Documents) takes a long time to load.

When logging in with a new user, it loads in seconds.

How can I improve the loading time for a busy user?

Yes this is related to https://review.cloudera.org/r/4807/

We are also going to make the page super fast in Hue 4 with a new document
system.

Current workarounds are to remove some documents.

Thanks for the answer but I can't seem to find any way to delete documents,
can you instruct me how to ?

Right now there is no good way to delete the query histories unless playing
with script or the DB itself. We have this in priority for the next version.
