See my other post 'Cannot log into Ambari Dashboard for HDP2.5 Azure Sandbox'. Any debugging tips?

I tried 'ssh -p2222 root@xx.xx.xx.xx' (where IP is that of my VM). Timed out.

Tried 'ssh -p2222 root@127.0.0.1'. Connection refused

I can't connect thru any browsers (IE, Chrome, Firefox) using http://127.0.0.1:8888 Any suggestions?
