How can i take back up of hadoop data while upgrading HDP 2.3 to 2.5 and Ambari from 2.1 to 2.3, Or is it enough to take back up of Ambari database and Hive Metastore database

Pre-requisite for HDP upgrade is to take the DB back up of services like oozie,hive metastore. Please review below pre-requisites for HDP2.5 upgrade .

No need to take the backup of HDFS data.
