How does it relate Kerberos? What is your end-goal here?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'd start by setting up a 'working' HDP cluster, then reading about &lt;A target="_blank" href="https://help.ubuntu.com/lts/serverguide/kerberos.html"&gt;Kerberos KDC &amp;amp; client&lt;/A&gt; and then &lt;A target="_blank" href="http://docs.hortonworks.com/HDPDocuments/Ambari-2.5.0.3/bk_ambari-security/content/ch_configuring_amb_hdp_for_kerberos.html"&gt;enabling Kerberos via Ambari&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps !&lt;/P&gt;</description>

farm2.L3-ds.com
farm3.L3-ds.com
farm4.L3-ds.com&lt;/PRE&gt;&lt;P&gt;If so then you should &lt;/P&gt;&lt;PRE&gt;create a domain realm LS-DS.COM (Uppercase)in the KDC in each of the above domains
Update the krb5.conf on all the 4 KDC's to reflect the 4 KDC's
Setup cross realm trust between 4 MIT KDC&lt;/PRE&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check this &lt;A target="_blank" href="https://community.hortonworks.com/articles/29203/automated-kerberos-installation-and-configuration.html"&gt;autosetup&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
