While doing HDPCD exam I got the error ; HDPCD exam failed on connection exception: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused;details see: http://wiki.apache.org/hadoop/ConnectionRefused and could not connect to HDFS.

Is it right that we get this sort of error and even we need to do the technical connection troubleshooting while doing exam ?

I tried starting all the services, yet it didn't worked. What's the process to raise this issue with the exam authority ? and if I can retake the exam.
