      <description>&lt;P&gt; &lt;A rel="user" href="https://community.cloudera.com/users/12331/helmikhalifa.html" nodeid="12331"&gt;@Helmi KHALIFA&lt;/A&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try running the below command in shell to get permissions for a user for all the tables&lt;/P&gt;&lt;PRE&gt;echo "user_permission '.*'" | hbase shell -n  | grep {username}&lt;/PRE&gt;&lt;P&gt;user_permission '.*'  gives permissions for all users for all tables&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Aditya&lt;/P&gt;</description>
