In MySQL though, you can ease user access provisioning&lt;BR /&gt;by granting wildcard host login access, to allow all hosts:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.7/en/adding-users.html" target="_blank"&gt;https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.7/en/adding-users.html&lt;/A&gt; (look for the %&lt;BR /&gt;character example on page).&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
