    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks. I have emailed to certification@cloudera.com with a screenshot and got an automatic reply that they work from Monday-Friday.&amp;nbsp; I will wait for working hours to resume and see what happens.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>CCA 175 Exam didn't load</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I scheduled to attempt CCA 175 today (06/01/2018)&amp;nbsp;@ 19:00 hours GMT, unfortunately the exam didn't load and kept displaying "Please wait....Loading exams"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Had a chat with PSI help desk and they asked me to email cloudera.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has any one had similar problems?&amp;nbsp; What happens now? Will I be able to re-schedule?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

While I cannot speak to your specific experience, I can advise that emailing Cloudera is the correct route to take. Did you email certification@cloudera.com or a different address?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
