      <title>How do we add a new service using Cloudera Manager rest api</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I downloaded,distributed and activate STREAMSETS parcel but I dont know how to go about adding the service via the Cloudera Manager rest api. I can see the parcel listed both via rest api and UI. I can go about adding the service via the UI but want to check if it can be done via the rest api&lt;/P&gt;</description>
