Please make sure that the kernel module 'vmmon' is loaded. Click OK. 2nd Error - Failed to initialize monitor device.</P><P>But when I click OK this time, the VM shuts down, then VMware closes, so there is no possibility of troubleshooting it from the VM CentOS, which kind of makes sense - no monitor, how can I do anything to fix?</P><P>DISAPPOINTING. A while back I loaded HDP and the install went like a champ.</P><P>Any chance this will be fixed anytime soon?
