      <description>&lt;P&gt;What is the best way to register a jar containing UDF's ( Hue Pig Editor)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My jar is in HDFS @&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;/user/xxx/applications/fpds9/lib/dsx-core.jar;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;REGISTER /user/xxx/applications/fpds9/lib/dsx-core.jar;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Running my pig script via the Pig Editor in Hue throws an error as it cannot find my UDF in the classpath.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I figured out &amp;nbsp;a way to do it, right after posting. Added a resource as a file type to my jar and registered the jar in the script as usual.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
