      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can export OOZIE_TIMEZONE the same way you export OOZIE_URL, or use "-timezone" option, or for a long-term change set "oozie.processing.timezone" in oozie-site.xml for example to "GMT+0900".&lt;/P&gt;</description>
