    <description>&lt;P&gt;Ranger usersych is throwing an exception while connecting to AD:  below is the exception, any ideas?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you using ldap://&amp;lt;ip/hostname&amp;gt;:636 or ldaps://&amp;lt;ip/hostname&amp;gt;:636 in the usersync configuration?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
