Status: 500, Reason: /api/internal/aggregation/clusterStatuses: Internal Server Error,

We booted up a cluster last week with director and now we are getting this error. We are using mysql on the for the backend.

Re: Status: 500, Reason: /api/internal/aggregation/clusterStatuses: Internal Server Error,

Hi,

Could you pull out the Director server log at the time when this API call is made? It would have a stack trace that might shed more light on the cause of the error. You can find it in /var/log/cloudera-director-server/application.log

Once you set up the cluster using Director, did you make any modifications to the cluster or its roles and services outside Director, i.e. using Cloudera Manager?

Thanks,

Jayita

Re: Status: 500, Reason: /api/internal/aggregation/clusterStatuses: Internal Server Error,

Hi,

I'm assuming you mean you used the CRaSH shell command. Do you have an idea of what got you into the error condition - it was likely because Director was used in an unexpected way. We'd like to help you identify what you are trying to do and find alternate ways to achieve the same, rather than repeatedly run into errors and use the CRaSH shell command.
