As we know for big data cluster, normally peoples are using commodity servers with JBOD, CPU, RAM and so on. But if we were to install Cloudera Manager in a cluster that consists of GPU nodes, is this supported?

As far I know Cloudera does not support GPU yet .
But found this conservation in Jira pertain to Spark not sure if you are looking for deep learning use case
hope this is useful for you

Thanks a lot csguna for your reply. Since Cloudera does not support GPU yet, but do you think it is possible if we were to install CDH in a cluster of GPU nodes? In your opinion, will the installation the same as we install CDH in commodity servers?

Mate , We havent used GPU yet . But guess what with some extra libraries you should be able to do so .
Meantime I also found blog a thats been hanging around my bookmark for while talks about the Machine learning framework on CDH clusters.
Havent read that fully . Just being frank . Think it might help you out.
