SolrCore Initialization Failures

I have a solr index but I no longer need and would like to remove 

how do I do that 

org.apache.solr.common.cloud.ZooKeeperException:org.apache.solr.common.cloud.ZooKeeperException: Specified config does not exist in ZooKeeper:

Hi,

 

1. Remove the collection: solrctl collection --delete <collection name>
2. Stop the solr Instances through the Cloudera Manager
3. On all nodes, remove any still remaining data directories: rm -rf /var/lib/solr/<collection name>*
4. Backup solr core_node directories: hdfs dfs -mv /solr/<collection name> /tmp/
5. Start Solr through Cloudera Manager, and then initialize again.
