How to use flume in Cloudera quickstart

Hello,

i am begginner in Cloudera Hadoop, i am using cloudera quickstart for my learning. I want to use flume in cloudera quickstart but i don't know how to use it, where to write the code and how to run it. Please help me so i can explore well.

You can use Cloudera Manager to add the flume service, and then within the flume configuration, there is a "Configuration File" section, where you can put the flume config.

The service can be stopped and started from Cloudera Manager.

your suggestion helped but i am not able to connect to my mongodb which is having username and password.

i want to access my mongodb using flume can you please tell me the configaration i need to connect to my mongodb which is having username and password.
