My CCA175 exam did not start even after 30 monutes of the scheduled time. I was told by the examlocal guys to contact cloudera for refund.
I informed the certification@cloudera to initiate a refund as I no longer want to try my luck with Cludera. This is the second time I am attempting for the exam.
This is very dissappointing cloudera.
Please refund my exam fee.

I am sorry to hear you had issues with the exam. Yes emailing email@example.com is the best course of action for you. The certification team will then look into the incident and reply to you directly.

My exam did not loaded today. I waited for 2hrs sitting in front of my computer for the exam to load
I think cloudera's email system is down too. I have sent them three emails in the last two hours and no reply
I don't know how to re-schdule my exam. Do I have to pay the fees again??

@VaqarHasan Please check your email spam folder in case any response from the certification team was flagged as such.

They choosed to reply back after my exam time was over.
I re-scheduled it for today but same thing today again "Pls wait... Exam is loading"
