I have CLoudera 5.7 setup already integrated with Active directory, using kerberos as shown over AD integration. But the issue is that I have to create a user directory in HDFS @ /user for each user to provide access to the user to work over hadoop. Is their any way which will automatically create user directory in hdfs as soon as the user login over edge node? As it is very difficult to create and delete user directory of 7000+ employee over cluster.

I may be wrong... because I didn't test it, but I think you can use Hue for sync users from a given group in AD as at "Importing users and groups" http://www.cloudera.com/documentation/enterprise/latest/topics/cdh_sg_hue_ldap_config.html and checking the option "create home directories" this should create the /user/<username> folder of each AD user synced.

As of now HDFS does not create the home directories with AD integration. One way to create home directories automatically is with HUE. Hue has an option to create home directory while setting up the users to use Hue. If the home directory is already present Hue will ignore that.
