1) where does application logs are stored?please tell me the directory

i have launched one job after some time the job was failed.from where i can get log files please tell me the location in command line

Yarn logs are aggregated into HDFS directory '/app-logs/<user_name>/logs'. Refer link for more details on log aggregation.
