In my existing cluster, when i try to access https://<ambari server hostname>:8080 then its only showing "loading..."
I have checked the logs its showing error as follows:
04 Oct 2016 07:18:25,743 ERROR [qtp-ambari-agent-54] HeartBeatHandler:198 - CurrentResponseId unknown for <hostname> - send register command
There is no changes i have made in Hosts file.
I have also iptables and selinux both are off and disbaled respectively.
I have restarted the server and agent both twice.
Also tried to access it in another browser with proxy enabled but not working.
Also checked the port no. 8080, its also listening.
Please suggest what can be the possible reasons and how to troubleshoot this problem?

Can you capture $jstack -l <pid_of_ambari_server>
Also check you have enough memory on the node.

Please make sure that your postgres is running while you stop/start the ambari server. Further, provide full ambari server log file so that it becomes easy to figure it out.
