Ambari communicate with Nagios and Grafana

Hi,

I allow myself to contact you because I'm novice on this solution Hortonworks.
and with my team , we planned to implement Ambari in our information system.

Indeed, could you please say us how to communicate Ambari (2.7.0) with Nagios and Grafana? (plugin ? add-on?)

On the one hand, we would like that ambari prevent our monitoring tool nagios as soon as an alert is triggered (services stopped in composants of Hortonworks, low performance, full disk etc....) for that Nagios Team could create a ticket in our itsm ticketing.
and on the other hand , send metrics from collector to grafana in order to track across time the activity of information system.

but the link refers to version 2.5.1 of ambari while my version of ambari (2.7.0) is more recent. Does it also work?

and for nagios, is it possible?
