Ambari server proxy error

New Contributor

Hi Team,

I have installed ambari server 2.7.3 on RHEL7.

During launch wizard using public repositories I am not able to access the repositories.

So I followed https://docs.cloudera.com/HDPDocuments/Ambari-2.1.1.0/bk_ambari_reference_guide/content/_how_to_set_...

But when I start ambari server I am getting below error

[admin1 ~]$ sudo ambari-server start
/var/lib/ambari-server/ambari-env.sh: line 21: export: -D: invalid option
export: usage: export [-fn] [name[=value] ...] or export -p

Can you share the steps or procedure you run to set the local repository? You should have followed xSetting Up a Local Repository with No Internet Access

Have a look at these 2  videos that should point to where you went wrong.

Configure local repo1 or Configure local repo1

Happy hadooping
