Ambari server upgrade failed

I am Getting this issue when upgrading 2.4 to 2.6.

Ambari Server configured for Embedded Postgres. Confirm you have made a backup of the Ambari Server database [y/n] (y)? y

I would look at /var/log/ambari-server/ambari-server.log next.

You could also be seeing the issue described here:

Basically, if your cluster's state is not CURRENT, the upgrade won't know what repository to work with when adjusting foreign keys and whatnot.
