Ambari setup

I try to install ambari on google gcp for learning purposes, but when i type this script:

wget -O /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ambari.list https://my_email@gmail.com:my_password@archive.cloudera.com/p/ambari/2.x/2.7.3.0/ubuntu16/ambari.list

I receive Bad port number.

Could you please help me with this?
